Safe Halloween Events Coming to Orlando this Season
Updated: Sep 22
Haunts, f...f...frights, unexpected jaunts and scary sights. The 2020 Halloween season looks a lot different this year due to an inconvenient global pandemic, and particularly with some of the events with haunted houses in Orlando getting cancelled. And boy did that bring on some major disappointment for devoted and loyal horror fans.
But we haven’t quite arrived at total despair just yet. After all, there are still many things to do at Halloween safely in the Orlando and Central Florida area, including the very first drive-thru Halloween experience at The Haunted Road (hey – that's us!). And while we might have a little, well…bias that this will undoubtedly be the most exciting and thrilling Halloween experience in Orlando, there’s still plenty of room for other events (we can all play together nicely – can't we?). In other words: Whether for the hardcore Halloween addicts or the families looking for safe Halloween fun, there’s something for everyone this haunt season. Halloween has not been cancelled in 2020!
Let’s take a look at some of the ways you can celebrate Halloween safely this year:
Spooktacular - Avalon Park Orlando (October 24)
Brick or Treat at LEGOLAND® Florida Resort (Select Nights, October 3-25)
Drive-Thru Candy Crawl at Waterford Lakes (October 31)
Halloween Bar Crawl - Orlando (October 31)
Halloween Scare Run 5k Race and After Party (October 31)
Howl-O-Scream at Busch Gardens Tampa (September 25 - November 1)
Sanford Ghost Tours (Select Nights)
SeaWorld’s Halloween Spooktacular (September 19 - November 1)
Tunnel of the Damned by Orlando Forum (October 1 - October 31)
Scream n’ Stream (September 25 - November 1)
Sir Henry’s Haunted Trail (Select October Dates)
Trunk or Treat on Curry For Road (October 31)
Of course this isn't a comprehensive list of all the Halloween events happening in Central Florida. But it's a good jumping off point! So, which local events do you plan on making part of your Halloween celebration season?
Scare ya later....
